KMD as a brand stands especially for passion for stones and related innovations in the implementation of unique projects. We always work hand in hand in SMART teams with the aim of realising our customers' wishes to perfection. Our brand ambassadors act outwardly in this process. Now we would like to take this opportunity to take a look behind the scenes.
Many stones form an overall unit
In this regard, we appreciate our colleagues in the company, who act in the background and enable the basis for our actions with their work and passion. Those who are not actively involved in the implementation of unique projects, but without whom we could not realise them. They know our company structure and characterise themselves through their Know how and reliability. In this context, we are thinking of our colleagues Susen, Doreen, Dyrk and Tino from the operational administration and their responsibility for the establishment and maintenance of our machinery, vehicle fleet, the buildings and the occupational safety. They organise the supply of consumption items, lead the incident management and communicate with suppliers to ensure a continuous process in the company. Hartmut, our colleague in the IT department, uses modern hardware and software to make sure that we perform the various tasks in our complex projects efficiently and that the communication with our customers and suppliers is perfect. Since many years Simone is our colleague “at the front". As the first contact person in the company, she always acts competently at the reception to the outside and transfers the topics internally in a qualified way.
Together we are KMD
Collaboration in the workplace generates innovation, improves productivity and increases employee satisfaction as a team. Only by working together can we achieve the goals we have set. We therefore see service within our own company as a basis for smooth project implementation, and we know how to appreciate this.
